With over 30 years broad-based (Nigeria and International) work experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, and experience spanning Government Regulations and Compliance Monitoring (NNPC Petroleum Inspectorate - now DPR); hydrocarbon Acreage Acquisition, Exploration/Appraisals through Field Development Planning, projects definition and implementation, to Production Assets Operations management (Shell Group), Kalu, without doubts, has a thorough knowledge of the Nigerian hydrocarbon business environment.

He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). Despite his tight schedules, he finds time to teach and preach the word of God, with aim to building an enduring society.
