You will receive a Registration form to complete which can be submitted via e-mail or fax.

Upon receipt of your completed registration form, you will be sent an invoice via e-mail along with other details, including a direction map to the venue, what to expect, what to bring and possible places you may want to arrange for accommodation. Subsequently, payment must be made in full to secure your place.

Course Location & Scheduling

Our courses are available for participation primarily in Lagos, Nigeria. Many of the courses have limited seats. To ensure your spot, it is best to register early.

In-House Training

Our general courses can be offered as in-company training programs, specifically adapted to your organization’s needs and objectives. Havilah's approach is to work with your key managers to determine your staff’s short- and long-term course needs and respond with a well-crafted program that addresses the company’s performance gaps as well as its challenges. Fee Information

Course fees include a comprehensive training manual, lunch and light refreshments. Fees do not include hotel accommodation.

Upon registration, you will be furnished with details of hotels in the vicinity of the training venue where you can make reservations.

Terms

Payment is due at registration, and places in the programme are only guaranteed with payment. If you wish to cancel your registration the following policy will apply: cancellation within 0-14 days of programme start 100% charge; 15-30 days 50% charge; 31+ days 10% charge. Your colleague can take your reserved place subject to a 10% administration charge. Havilah Hydrocarbon Resources Mgt. (Nig.) Ltd is not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in the unfortunate event that a course is cancelled. Delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation and associated costs. Havilah Hydrocarbon Resources Mgt. (Nig.) Ltd reserves the right to change or cancel any part of the published programme due to unforeseen circumstances.
