Human Resources & Recruitment Officer:
Degree with a minimum second class upper. Min. 5 years related experience in HRM, holds a professional Qualification (CIPM). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be computer literate, a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills. Responsibilities to include: Hiring, documentation, appraisal, personnel administration and logistics, performance management and staff competence development. Candidate should be able to develop and implement HR projects, including training, compensation, benefits and pension.

Drilling & Completion QA/QC supervisor:
Candidates should have diversified petroleum industry experience with at least 8 years in the drilling / completions equipment QA/QC inspection role. Duties will include:

• Check, inspect and certify all third party drilling & completion equipment good to go to company rig site
• Review manufacturer's/ Supplier's QA & QC Systems.
• Review manufacturer's API Certificate(s), and verify all relevant certificates and licenses
• Perform visual body & thread inspection of drilling tools and tubulars and call out 3rd party inspection of OCTGs
• Witness and verify pressure test records/charts by supplier or third party inspection companies
• Identify and track equipment ready state and ensure constant QC enforcement
• Witness and ensure correctness in making up / dress off of tool assemblies as per OEM manuals prior sending offshore
• Perform damage evaluation for all rental tools equipment.
· Review report and equipment history and track record from Vendors
• Train local or Company's Trainees as may be assigned by Company
• Ensure equipment processes are in place and submit detailed inspection reports

Qualifications/Experience: Preferably a recognized degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.

Well Engineering

• Experienced HP/HT Drilling Engineers & Supervisors (IWCM + Offshore Certified)
• Drilling Manager; >20 years experience
• Drilling superintendents; > 15 years experience
• Senior Drilling & Completions Engineers; 10 - 15 years experience
• Drilling & Completion Engineers with 7 - 10 years valid experience
• Drilling Supervisors - Offshore & Night Drilling Supervisor (with valid IWCF)

Petroleum Engineering

• Well site Geologists
• Production Technologists

Facility Engineering

• Project Managers (with drilling experience)

Production Operation

• Operations Manager - FPSO Operations. Have production & Operations background, Project Management and previous FPSO offshore experiences
• Field Production superintendents; > 15 years experience
• Production Engineer with Reservoir Engineering experience; > 10 years experience
• Production foreman
