Alhaji Mohammed Kabir Ilyasu

Chairman, Board of Directors

Alhaji Mohammed Kabir Ilyasu voluntarily retired from the Nigerian Foreign Service in 2002 after working for 29 years. Born in Katsina state in June, 1948 Alhaji Ilyasu holds a Bachelor degree in political science and Master in Public Policy. He is equipped with analytical skills with cumulative experience in Public and Strategic Planning and extensive working experience in Nigeria's diplomatic service with reasonable exposure to the working patterns of international organizations, such as the UN, African Union (AU), and the Commonwealth. His working experiences with the Nigerian Foreign Service gave him a firsthand understanding of the difficulties faced in achieving economic development in countries where he spent his entire working tour, from the Republic of Congo (1977-1980) to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (1988-1991) and finally Ethiopia (1997-2000).

Alhaji Ilyasu has passion for seeking avenues for translating policies into effective tool of modernization and development, and has strong commitment to technical innovation, cost optimisation, safety, quality and project execution. Highly interested in human capacity development, he seeks ventures to provide jobs and makes substantial contributions to infrastructural development in education, health and capacity building whenever he has opportunity. Kabir's other interests are also in community service by generating debate on new ideas, promoting teamwork, capacity building with renewed dedication, personal effectiveness and enhanced self-awareness, loyalty to common cause, commitment, and continuous drive towards self-excellence.

Rotimi Adesegha

Rotimi has over 22 years oil and gas completions / production engineering experience including Canada, Netherlands and Nigeria, and over 4 years Business planning and economics experience. Area of expertise include: Production technology and optimization; well completion design; well performance modeling; stimulation design and analysis; artificial lift selection and optimization; workover and completion programming; sand control and analysis and design; business planning and economics.

Armed with Petroleum engineering degree and an MBA, his previous employments include ConocoPhillips, APA Petroleum Engineering Canada, SPDC and Texaco Overseas Nigeria. Active member, SPE, serving as  member of production engineering award committee for SPE worldwide between 1999 and 2002, and chairman of that committee in 2002. He is a member, Association of Petroleum engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta, APEGGA, and Canadian Institute of mining, metallurgy and petroleum (CIM).

Anayo Onwuka

An ordained Pastor since 1998, Anayo earned a BSc. Economics degree and has over 10 years Oil & Gas experience in Supply Chain and Projects Management; 8 with Shell Nigeria, including a 2-year Overseas Project Assignment in South Korea. He worked in Calgary with Petro-Canada, Bantrel, and on Suncor Energy capital projects. A founding Director of Aztek Energy Inc, Anayo is the President of Immanuel Integrated Services Inc, a Supply Chain Management, IT and Investment Consulting firm in Calgary Canada, whose clients include O&G Players like TransCanada Pipelines, Nexen Inc., Encana and Devon Energy.

Anayo is the director, Finance & Administration.

Fidelis Abu Anju

Dr. Fidelis Abu ANJU bagged a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of Rome, Italy. He started his career with “SEPI” of Trento as asst. Engineer, and Trainee Petroleum Engineer with Agip Spa and became Assistant Maintenance Supt. - Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) - Brass Terminal/Ebocha Oil Centre. He was former Materials Manager - Contracts, Purchasing & Warehousing PH. In 1986, he took on the role of Gas Projects Manager, represented NAOC in the joint study team (Govt., NNPC, SPDC, ELF, NAOC) for the feasibility study for the proposed Bonny LNG. Other positions he held are: Planning & Economics Manager; Lagos headquarters (1988); Operations Division Manager-Port Harcourt (1997); General Manager, Technical Services (1999); overseeing NAOC’s interest in the Non-Operated joint venture with Shell. General Manager, Power & Brass LNG (May 2002). He was a member of the Steering Committee in a study of the Brass LNG Project. In July 2006 Fidelis was appointed as General Manager Public affairs, NAOC and in 2007 he retired from as General Manager Executive Director Operations, Brass LNG.

Dr. Anju maintains membership of Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria: (COREN).

Charles Adekuajo

Charles stated his career with NEPA as engineer in training, working in Egbin and Afam. He later joined Shell in Nigeria, where he worked for 16 years in various positions. His last job was Snr. Drilling Engineer with ConocoPhillips Canada, looking after business performance improvement, knowledge sharing and well technology issues. He graduated with a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria in 1986, and earned MBA from Delta State University, Abraka Nigeria in 1999. With over 20 years industry experience, Charles is a well engineer with outstanding credentials. As stuck pipe prevention focal point and borehole stability adviser for Shell Nigeria, Charles coordinated and managed the “Niger Delta Clay Mineral Depositional Mapping” project. He has strong knowledge in well design, well technology, operations planning, rig operations, wellsite supervision and general project management. Charles is MD/CEO for Havilah.

Charles is a professional engineer; registered with Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta, Canada (APEGGA), maintains membership of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
